You have 45 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accepts returns or exchanges after this period.

Condition:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. This includes keeping all original tags attached and ensuring items are free from animal/human hair, strong odors, or excessive wrinkling.

Packaging:

Please return items in their original packaging, including any packing slips. For items such as hats, use the original box to prevent damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bracelets. We are sorry for this inconvenience!

Refunds:

Shipping costs are not refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If you return your entire order, the original shipping cost is also not refundable.

Exchange Requests:

To request an exchange, please return the item(s) as outlined in our return policy and include a note with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the item you request for exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

We cover shipping costs for eligible exchanges, but not for returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 45 days of delivery. We may request photo evidence and provide a return label for domestic orders.
